The main idea of the project was to convey and offer the atmosphere and Italian culture without filters or compromises. Especially when it comes to culinary tradition. We use exclusively fresh Italian ingredients, which you can also buy and enjoy in the comfort of your own home.

ps: just like in Italy, we don't serve coffee with main meals and we don't cut the pinsa in advance :)
